Si Rose is the result of the observation that the Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris grapes, given the global warming that Alsace is undergoing, find their limit in classic white wine making. I was therefore inspired by the experience of the Mediterranean countries, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, and Georgia, which historically, we have been able to vinify fleshy and powerful grape varieties in hot countries, to make fresh, gourmet and palatable wines. Their secret: macerated whites, making it an orange wine.

Si Rose was born, the Gewurztraminer containing in its skin, this magnificent aroma reminiscent of the rose, without forgetting also its color.
Si Rose, a magnificent perfume, an astonishing freshness on the palate, a feminine wine, created by women: Julie, wine merchant at the Domaine, with this crazy project of macerating this grape variety, Séverine, a natural wine globe trotteuse, never left in ideas names of vintages, and Eminé, our favorite graphic designer, who knew how to reveal this wine with this original packaging.
